What 2006 meant to me
- Graduated with merit, and got a job even before i graduated
- My CAP for my last sem was the highest throughout my entire varsity life.
- Became Miss Independent
- Got a job, which sorta narrowed down my social life a little
- Bills, loans, savings. Financial issues to deal with
- Considered setting up a business (still planning and considering)
- Became a more responsible person
- Drove ard more, can park the car in 1 attempt
- Burning bridges with ppl whom i couldn't care less
- Went out with several guys, but didn't feel any connection
- Met many nice guys. =)
- Caught the least number of movies at the theatre
- Became a full fledged Grey's Anatomy/OC junkie
- Long D phone calls from Sydney
- Became closer to my Sydney friends
- Spent 10X more than i usually do on weekends
- Ate at fancy places very often
- Started my day with a cup of coffee without fail
- Realised the fragility of life
- Learnt to cherish life and health even more
This was all that happened in 2006. It definitely wasn't a blast, however, it was a smooth and stable year. I was pretty happy all year round as you can tell, as compared to 2005
I guess bad relationships do screw up your life/year.
I'm looking forward to 2007. I honestly am. That's because, i will be entering the REAL REAL working world. Hello Shentonway ppl. SOOON!!
And by 2009, you will see me driving my very own car. (hopefully a Mazda)
It's just a matter of time.
Really.
