Addicted to Working Out

Sniff. My flu won't go away.

I eat the weirdest thing. Few days back i ate popcorn, i had a fever. I was cured. And just now, i had Muruku. This indianish thing. Don't know what the heck is it. But i can't gurantee i won't fall sick. Pasta Mania's Chicken Caesar Salad is YUM! No tomatoes. Eggs, chicken, bacon bits, croutons and...er....whats that lettuce that always use in salads? I forgot the name. No beetroot also. Thats why i say its DA BEST.

Today, My mom gave me a damn power goodie bag. She signed up for some Women's Day thing, its like an aerobic marathon for women. She joins that every year. So in the goodie bag was

• 2 jogging towels! (purple and white) Yay. I love plain towels
• 1 nike-like water bottle
• 1 BIG bottle and 1 travel size Jergens Moisturizer. I LOVE IT!
• 1 red earth lip gloss. YAY
• 2 Biore Porepack
• 2 Laurier SUPER THIN pads. Come in a green packet. ITS DAMN GOOD!
• Nipple stickers? But its sorta like in a silicon form. Not that i use them. i'd rather not use them in fact.
• 1 shoe bag
• Johnson & Johnsons body foam
• Mouse pads & Post-Its
• All of these, in a huge and big Lime Green Amore Big, when unzipped, becomes a beach mat! Hehe

Today at Suntec, Planet Fitness had their yearly Body Combat (some kick boxing marathon). My parents never fail to go for this event every single year. And you wonder why i have so many Planet Fitness singlets for jogging. They were there today, and i met them for dinner. Heh. My parents are cardio/weights-siao. They love excercising. Weird. But my brother is obese leh. My dad's a regular gym rat at Planet Fitness. While my My mom's an Aerobic Fan at Amore. She goes there almost everyday. Thats their secret to looking young. "How to tone the biceps"? Ask my mom or dad, they will tell you. As for me, i'm just lazy. Sometimes. My house is almost like a gym. We have dumb bells at home. We have those elastic resistance bands, this abs roller shit, a sit up mat, a punching bag (VERY SOOON. For my brother's Muay Thai), And my excercise ball. I wonder if there's space at home to keep the ball. We used to have a Power Rider and those machine akin to climbing steps, and another rowing machine. But we sold them all away.
